Terms for using the TabTerrace Chrome extension and website.

By installing the TabTerrace Chrome extension or using tabterrace.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use TabTerrace.
The service
TabTerrace is provided free of charge, with no account required. We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering TabTerrace, at any time.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use TabTerrace.
Websites you open
TabTerrace shows third-party websites inside grid cells and in Chrome split view. Those sites belong to their owners, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Some sites may not work correctly inside a grid. You are responsible for following the terms of the sites you use.
Third-party content and services
Radio stations, TV channels, videos, webcam images, weather, holidays, exchange rates, match schedules and search results come from independent third parties. We don't host, own or control that content, don't guarantee that it is accurate, available or suitable, and aren't responsible for it. Exchange rates are for reference only and not for trading. If you add your own playlists or video links, you are responsible for having the right to use them.
Google Drive backup and Chrome sync are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms.
Your data
Your data is stored in your browser and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use TabTerrace to break the law, infringe others' rights, get around access controls of websites you're not allowed to use, or interfere with websites or services.
Intellectual property
The TabTerrace name, logo, extension and website belong to us. Open-source components included in TabTerrace remain under their own licenses. Content on third-party websites belongs to its owners.
No warranty
TabTerrace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of TabTerrace. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending use
You can stop using TabTerrace at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may stop providing TabTerrace or any feature at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
